It is especially used to purify and filter the lubrication oil, and has the functions of secondary filter and efficient dewatering. It is mainly used for refueling, filtering and recycling the oil system of the compressor.
Oil filtering and dewatering equipment of TSC steam turbine is made via international coalescence separation technology, which is equipped with the filter elements respectively for coalescence and separation within the coalescence separator. Oil flows out of the coalescence filter element, in which process, ¾ of the water in the oil have undergone the processes of filtering, emulsification and coalescence. In this process, emulsified water and free water become gradually coalescent into large water drops to sink in the ponding tank. The oil with some small water drops with flow into the separation filter element which is made up of oleophylic but lyophobic materials. The small water drops kept out of the filter element will concentrate to enlarge the volume, and ¾ of them will sink again to realize the goal of dewatering.
