On December 1, 2014, Mr. Guo Haibo, the chairman of Beijing Sanchuan Century Energy Technology Co., Ltd., held talks with Sun Dianqing, the Counselor of Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office of the Embassy of the Chinese Embassy in Turkmenistan, for the purpose of understanding economic development situation in Turkmenistan and bilateral cooperation between China and Turkmenistan.
